Rename the "Submissions" tab to "Responses" for surveys/forms

The user suggests renaming the "Submissions" tab to "Responses" in the surveys and forms interface. They feel that "Responses" is a more descriptive name for viewing received submissions. Image provided showing the tabs: Edit, Settings, Submissions.
