Conditional redirection after form submission

As a user, I'd like to be able to redirect people who fill in a form to different URLs depending on their answers. For example, if a user chooses option A, they're redirected to page A, and if they choose option B, to page B. This would allow me to personalize the user experience after submitting the form.
