[PAYMENTS] Set up your payment provider for each channel

It is now possible to configure a payment provider per channel at the sub-account level, with a distinction between real mode and test mode. This configuration prioritizes the channel settings over the global provider settings. Several channels are already compatible, and an extension to a specific offer configuration is planned for future developments.
