New category-based booking option on the booking pages

The booking pages now allow you to display services by category before the service is selected. Each category can include an image and a description to better guide customers through the process. Services are displayed only within the selected category; empty categories are automatically hidden, and customers can navigate between categories to add multiple services. This option is optional and can be enabled or disabled as needed.
