In-app push notifications for new community posts

As a user, I'd like my community members to be able to receive notifications directly in the GoKollab app when a new post is published, instead of receiving an e-mail. This would prevent unwanted e-mails (DND) and improve engagement by notifying members directly on their mobile devices.
