Catalog Mode / Request a quote for select products from the store

The user wants to be able to create a hybrid online store: some products can be added to the cart for direct purchase (online payment), while others display only the price and product information, but include a "Request a Quote" or "Contact Us" button instead of the "Add to Cart" button.
