Custom default images for each module, submodule, and course lesson

Option to upload one image for each course (in the “Settings” section) that would serve as the default image for modules, submodules, and lessons.

For example, could we use the same image that we upload for the “course thumbnail”?

This would help maintain a consistent design throughout the entire course, without having to upload a separate image for each section (otherwise, I’d have to upload more than 80 images for my course🤯).
