Addition of a checkbox to waive the right of withdrawal on order forms

The user would like to be able to add a second checkbox to the order form, specifically for waiving the right of withdrawal. This is a legal requirement for the sale of digital products or services that are delivered immediately. Currently, only a checkbox for the Terms and Conditions is available.
