Added drag-and-drop functionality to reorder steps in the automation builder

The standard builder now allows you to rearrange the steps in an automation using drag-and-drop. A handle appears when you hover over nodes, with visual indicators to guide positioning. This improvement replaces the previous method of moving nodes via the context menu and allows you to restructure automations more quickly and intuitively.
