Added comprehensive tax management to course checkout pages

Taxes are calculated automatically based on the billing address, with settings tailored by geographic region and compatibility with coupons applied prior to calculation. The display shows the price, discounts, taxes, and total, with an option to choose between taxes included or added separately, ensuring tax compliance and full transparency at the time of payment.
